AN AVALANCHE
What is an avalanche? An avalanche as we know it , is a rapidly moving mass of snow or other material along a mountain slope. It is extremely dangerous, as it takes with it, anything in its way. It may even be a human being. There are many people who love trekking at high altitudes. There are others who like skiing and enjoy having fun in the snow. But there is no disputing, that trekking and skiing is not without risks. What could trigger an avalanche? An avalanche may be triggered by any number of variables. It may be due to weather conditions such as warm temperatures or rain, or an earthquake.Skiers and hikers may also help to trigger an avalanche.
